Tabimusubi connects owners' aspirations, travellers' experiences and the everyday life of local communities through accommodation. We help identify what makes a property distinctive and develop it into a welcoming place to stay, combining attentive on-site work with technology from opening preparations through daily operations.
What we care about
Be clear about who carries out the work
Brokerage, construction, licence applications, corporate registration and tax work are carried out by providers holding the relevant qualifications and licences. We explain who does what and under which contract.
Not claim what we have not confirmed
Where an area or a price is not fixed, we say so. We do not publish unverified figures as results.

Both our communication with owners and first-line guest communication are handled in Japanese and English.
Message from the representative
I believe travel can introduce us to unfamiliar places and perspectives, opening up new possibilities in our lives. The name Tabimusubi expresses my wish to turn those encounters into lasting connections between people and communities.
Our work in vacation rentals and accommodation is about more than providing a building for someone to stay in. For an owner, a property is a valuable asset and a business. For a guest, it is where part of their journey takes place. For the local community, it is part of everyday life. I believe there is real value in building a business that can continue over time while respecting each of these perspectives.
That makes everyday operations essential: managing reservations and pricing, communicating with guests, cleaning, checking equipment and being considerate of neighbours. These are practical, often unglamorous tasks, but doing them consistently builds confidence in a place to stay.
Technology should support this work. It can help us organize information, share situations across a distance and connect people to the right response. But understanding a client's circumstances and taking responsibility for important decisions cannot simply be handed over to a system. We aim to create an operating approach that gives people more time for the work that needs their attention.
For those engaging with property and accommodation businesses in Japan from overseas or another region, language and distance can also create uncertainty. I want Tabimusubi to be a point of connection: honest about what is known and what still needs to be checked, and clear about what can and cannot be done.
Supporting an owner's business, helping guests enjoy a comfortable stay and nurturing relationships with the local community—these are the foundations of the future we want to build, extending the connections that begin through travel.
