We do not use information from neighbour or recruitment enquiries for ordinary sales follow-up or advertising.

Before using information for advertising unrelated to responding to your consultation, or for provision to advertising businesses, we separately explain the intended use and complete any required consent or other procedures. Contacting us alone is not treated as consent to those uses.

The business enquiry, neighbour contact and recruitment question forms are provided on pages of this Site. What you enter is received through Formspree, the service we use to receive form submissions. Before you enter information, please review the information requested, the purposes and the privacy policy shown near the form. We remain responsible for managing the enquiry information we receive. Where we direct you to a form on another page or site, such as an advertising landing page, please review the information requested, its purposes and the privacy notice shown at the destination.

Accommodation reservations are made through the reservation site indicated on the Site. Please also review the notices provided by that site, the accommodation facility and any services used in relation to reservation data, payments and guest information.

Applications for jobs are made through the relevant listing on Indeed. Indeed's own handling of personal information also applies to viewing and applying on Indeed. Application and enquiry information we receive is handled for recruitment-related communication, selection and similar purposes.

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember language choices and support safe operation. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although some functions may then be unavailable or may not work correctly.

We have not installed analytics tags on the Site for advertising or behavioural analysis. Before introducing such tools, we will explain the information collected, purposes, recipients and available user choices, and complete the procedures required by applicable law.
